Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you wear from VibeFit. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
The following policy applies to all purchases made through our store.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • have all original tags attached
  • include original packaging
  • include proof of purchase

If these conditions are not met, we may be unable to process your return.

To request a return, please contact us at cs@vibefit.co.in.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • a return shipping label
  • instructions for how and where to send your item
  • Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • For any questions regarding returns, you can always reach us at cs@vibefit.co.in.

Damages & Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive:
  • a damaged item
  • a defective item
  • the wrong product or wrong size compared to what you ordered
  • contact us immediately at cs@vibefit.co.in with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following cannot be returned:

  • final sale items / clearance items
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized products
  • items worn, washed, stained, or altered
  • items returned without tags or original packaging

Hygiene Note: For the safety of our customers, items showing signs of wear (including deodorant marks, perfumes, or stretching) will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item (such as changing a size) is to:
  • request a return for the item you have
  • place a new order for the size or style you want once your return is approved
  • This ensures your desired item doesn’t sell out while waiting for processing.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without a specific reason.

  • The item must still meet the standard eligibility conditions:
  • unworn
  • unused
  • with tags
  • in original packaging
  • with proof of purchase

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved:
  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@vibefit.co.in.

Return Shipping Address

  • After your return request is approved, please send your item to the address we provide in your return confirmation email.
  • Do not send any items before contacting us, as we cannot guarantee processing or acceptance.
