Thank you for shopping with VibeFit. We’re committed to delivering your premium tees and apparel quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer. If a delay occurs, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India.
International shipping will soon be available. Updates will be shared through our website and email announcements.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Shipping Confirmation & Delivery
Your delivery confirmation will include carrier information and tracking links. Once shipments are handed over to the carrier, VibeFit is no longer responsible for transit-related delays, loss, or damage.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery:
- The package may be returned to us
- Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days after dispatch, please contact us at cs@vibefit.co.in
Shipping Damages or Defects
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@vibefit.co.in with photos of the issue.
We will assess and resolve the matter promptly in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks the order as “Delivered,” VibeFit is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing from the delivery location.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and notifying local authorities if theft is suspected.
Custom Orders & Pre-Order Items (if applicable in future)
Some styles or collections may be released as limited drops or pre-orders.
Delivery timelines for such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Orders returned due to refusal or failure to collect from the carrier will be processed as a return, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Changes to the Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of these changes.
