Welcome to VibeFit! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VibeFit. VibeFit operates this online store and website, including all information, content, tools, products, and services made available to you (the “Services”). VibeFit is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including browsing the website or purchasing products from VibeFit. Any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form part of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor who is using the Services with your permission and under your supervision.
To use the Services, including making a purchase, you may be required to submit certain personal information. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Unauthorized account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
VibeFit specializes in premium apparel, including men’s tees, polo shirts, and coordinated father–son and father–daughter clothing. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on device screens, lighting, and photographic styling.
We do not guarantee that the products purchased will fully meet personal expectations. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. VibeFit may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Orders are considered accepted once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submission. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible; cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You agree that all products purchased are for personal use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout unless specified otherwise. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges unless stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize VibeFit to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. By completing a purchase, you certify that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect address information, or events beyond our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services—including product images, brand elements, logos, graphics, video, and written content—is owned by VibeFit or its licensors and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication of our content is prohibited.
VibeFit and the VibeFit logo are trademarks owned by VibeFit. Shopify and related marks belong to Shopify. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools as part of the Services. These tools are provided “as is” and without warranties. Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. VibeFit is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party sites. Accessing such websites is at your own risk. Issues arising from third-party goods or services should be directed to the relevant provider.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
VibeFit is powered by Shopify. While Shopify supports our store infrastructure, all purchases and transactions are between you and VibeFit. By using the Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with VibeFit.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, and to Shopify’s Privacy Policy to the extent personal information is processed by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed both policies.
SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant VibeFit a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such Feedback for promotional, operational, or commercial purposes. You agree that your Feedback will not violate the rights of others or contain unlawful or harmful content.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct or update information or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold VibeFit, Shopify, and their affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and VibeFit regarding the Services.
SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. VibeFit may assign these Terms without restriction.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.
SECTION 22 — HEADINGS
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance.
